- Keep in mind that many of the people reading this are likely researching whether or not they’d like to work for this company
- Try to include as much honest, helpful, and useful information as possible. Simply complaining or calling names is not useful or helpful to people – give some facts to demonstrate the points you’d like to make
- Please do not refer to anyone by name, but you can refer to them by title (dispatcher, load planner, etc)
- When writing, always keep your readers in mind. Write as if they’re just a friend of yours sitting next to you listening to your story
