Standard Pay:
- 1-2 Years Experience: Starting pay: .35 per mile/.37 northern domiciles (WI, IL, IA, IN, OH, MI and PA)
- 2+ Years Experience: Start at .37 per mile/.415 northern domiciles (WI, IL, IA, IN, OH, MI and PA)
- Current top pay: 41 cents/mile
- Pay based on total, verifiable industry tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 10 years.

Other Pay Items:
- Loading / Unloading: Full van trailer $50 (Over 90% No-Touch Freight!)
- Stop pay: $10 for each stop not including origin and destination
- Breakdown: $14/hour after 2 hours
- Layover: $50 during a 24-hour period
- Driver referral program
- Flatbed drivers receive additional load securement and tarping pay

Averitt Qualifications & Requirements
- 23 years of age or older
- 1 yr verifiable tractor trailer exp (van, flatbed or any combination) within the past 2 yrs and Class A CDL
- No felony convictions
- No reckless driving or DUI convictions within 5 years
- No serious moving violations within 12 months
- No misdemeanors for theft or violence within 10 years
- Good driving record
