Crete Carrier Pay & Benefits

Pay For Experience

The company will recognize a drivers’ prior years of recent driving experience in establishing the driver’s beginning mileage rate of pay.

  • Shag Pay – for short runs and “favors”
  • Stop Pay – $30.00 per stop. Dedicated Fleet stop pay may vary
  • Loading and Unloading Compensation- rarely necessary
  • Layover Compensation – $100.00 after the first 12 hours, $100.00 will be paid for each day thereafter
  • Congestion Fee – $100.00 per load for any load delivered or picked up in New York City
  • Referral Fee – $1,000 for each qualified driver or team you refer to the company

Crete Carrier Qualifications & Requirements

  • 22 years of age
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • No DWI within the past 5 Years
  • Only two moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Only two preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • No felonies within the past 10 years
  • No Drug or Alcohol Violations in the past 5 years
  • No Serious CDL Moving Violations in the past year
