D.M. Bowman Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age – 21
- CDL Class A license with Hazmat endorsement
- 1 year experience (additional training is provided if less than one year experience)
- Stable work history (5 or less jobs in the last 3 years, employment references verified)
- Must be able to pass DOT NIDA Drug Screen
- Pass the division specific Functional Ability Test
- Pass the DOT Physical (provided by D.M. Bowman, Inc.)
- No more than one preventable DOT recordable accident or no more than 2 accidents/incidents in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 motor vehicle moving violations in the last 3 years
- No reckless driving or careless endangerment conviction in the last 5 years
- No suspension or revocation of his or her license for over 30 days in the last 3 years
- Felony clear background check; entire background check subject to review
