Dart Trans Pay & Benefits
Starting pay is based on your past 5 years
of verifiable experience.
Your pay increases ½ cent per mile every year that you are with Dartco, up to $0.36 per mile ($.07 paid as per diem). Direct deposit is available for your convenience.

- $50 layover or breakdown pay after the first 24 hours

- Detention pay after 2 hours
